The “F” in F45 stands for “functional training.” The 45 is a nod to the class length – as all classes are 45 minutes. F45 focuses on providing a fun and challenging workout that improves your functional fitness in 45-minute classes.
What type of workout is F45 Training?
While all F45 classes focus on functional training, the type of workout varies by day. Mondays and Wednesdays are dedicated to cardio, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays focus on strength building, while Fridays and Saturdays focus on hybrid training.
