She is excellent at explaining different ways to improve your technique in the gym. Her sequencing had great flow, with a good balance of traditional elements and novelty. My body was humming that night and the morning after! Cues were clear and landed well. Her assists were intuitive and respectful. All of that plus she didn’t have the ego and rigidity that I sometimes see in yoga teachers. I really hope to see Sarah running my favourite class type more - vinyasa flow. Thank you!!

Frankie has put so much thought and intention into creating such a sensory friendly space for everyone, dimly lit, room perfect temperature, and the energy just so so loving and open! Frankie invited me to try the aerial swings (wow, feels like being cradled whilst being weightless) it was a lovely way to settle into the space before the class. The heated yoga class lead by Suhaniya was incredible, and yes it definitely is a work out haha so make sure you’re ready and your body has the space for it!! I must admit I’ve only dappled in yoga before (Surya Kriya a long time ago) so I wasn’t familiar with all the poses and directions, but it was a free flowing class and I felt welcomed and safe at all times, and encouraged to listen and follow my body. Suhaniya is kind, patient, encouraging, and such an incredible guide for such a sacred practise. Thank you for having me, I look forward to coming back and trying the other classes on offer :)
