see all reviewsInna is truly amazing, and the yin / sound healing combo was deeply relaxing. 💗 This space is my favorite in Amsterdam, possibly even in the entire world. This is such a peaceful environment to integrate such meditative practices. However, it would be wonderful if other participants were more mindful of their surroundings. After a session, some of us need a bit more time to fully land, but the chatter in the room afterward, even in a semi-whisper, can be quite jarring and take away from the serene experience. Perhaps it would be better if conversations were held outside to maintain the calm for everyone?

see all reviewsIk heb astma en ik volg deze les omdat ik meer vertrouwen wil hebben in mn ademhaling. Ik vind dat Ronald helder begeleidt en een hele persoonlijke benadering heeft. Elke les zal anders zijn dus ik ben heel benieuwd naar de volgende. Fijne en bewuste start van de maandag!

see all reviewsI recently took a yoga class with Selena, and I loved it! From the start, she brought such a calm, positive vibe that made the whole session feel welcoming and relaxed. Her flow was spot on, with just the right mix of challenge and ease. It felt natural moving from one pose to the next, and by the end, I felt both energized and refreshed. Selena is amazing at what she does. She gave clear guidance throughout the class, which helped me stay present and focused. Plus, her attention to alignment and breathing really made a difference in how connected I felt to the practice. Honestly, I just wish she had more classes at this studio! If Selena were on the schedule more often, I’d definitely be a regular. If you get the chance to take her class, do it—you won’t be disappointed!

The rhythm of the breathing, Chance's voice and the music he picked brought me easily into a meditative state with trust and surrender to all the strong sensations the practice made me experience. First things I said when I opened my eyes was: "WOW". Chance is a great facilitator who truly cares about offering an impactful experience to everyone. Highly recommended!
