    Love the workouts!! One major feedback I have is that the sequences are a bit confusing and I prefer going by time rather than counting. Everyone in the group has a different pace so it makes it difficult to rotate if you have to wait for others to finish. Otherwise great class :)

    TRX Pilates (beginner)

    The class is great and as the name of the gym says, apt for every condition. Shen is a very prepared coach, he demonstrates each movement making it look easy (while they can be very challenging!), and motivates everyone to do their best. He corrects and adapt movements on the go as well. I also highly recommend the small size of the classes! the location is also cozy. Looking forward to keep joining the TRX class!
