The massage was tough, but that was exactly what my body needed. During the treatment he always checked in and talked me through it. Afterwards my body feels sore and relieved at the same time. He gave me tips for the upcoming days and even how to make changes in my gymroutine that will support a healthier body. I would highly recommend to book a massage here. Its definitely doesn’t feels as a fabric, like at most places these days..
