I really enjoy working on the same flow and learning the progressions over a period of months and the included meditative elements have greatly improved my life. Could not recommend Eddy more as a knowledgeable and kind teacher.

see all reviewsVery fun time! Overall I had a great workout, felt comfortable and at easy/accepted, and will likely come back again. It was a bit hard to follow at times but I’m also naturally clumsy with dance moves so it could have been that. One of a kind dance class in my opinion - I’ve never seen a kpop dance class before this, and I’m sure I’d get better if I kept going.
