    From the start, Kayla and Sierra at the front desk made me feel so welcome and comfortable for my first time. They helped wrap my hands and showed me the intro steps before starting the class. Kennedi is a great instructor! Fun, upbeat, and helpful! I’ll look forward to going back again. They all made it easy for a first timer!

    CP Reformer Flow 1.5 (50 Mins)

    Well-rounded workout in that happy medium of challenging but not pushing too much. The instructor saying “good” a lot was encouraging affirmation. Even with a larger class she was paying attention to form and giving corrections. The assistant instructor was also very clear and more experienced seeming. The only thing I’d change is I don’t like doing crunches in Reformer classes because 1) it’s not really utilizing the Reformer that I pay a premium for and 2) it’s very hard on my neck. There’s so many other ways to work the core with Reformer.
