Yonder Flow
see all reviewsWas traveling from out of town and wanted to stop by a local yoga studio to practice while I was in Athens. I had gone to undergrad at UGA and Yonder was not here at the time, so I wanted to try it out. Little did I know the treat I was in for! The studio was a beautiful remodel of the old collective harvest grocery store and was so clean and spacious. The class itself was amazing with a fantastic teacher—Lauren taught a fun, perfectly-paced, and challenging flow! The chilled lavender towel at the end was wonderful, and I left the studio feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. Wish I still lived in Athens so I could get a membership here!!
