see all reviewsI had so much fun at class. Everything was incredible. I took the all age class and it was so wonderful to try something new and have so many diverse ages. The instructor is absolutely incredible. I mean oh my God it was definitely a wonderful experience and very hard, humbling and fun. I would make a strong recommendation if you are deciding to try this -I would recommend definitely training in the gym a little bit before just so that your body is built up the strength to kind of support itself. I’ve noticed with me I need to work on that and I’ll continue go to class and see how it goes, but I definitely think some strength training and stretching is needed before during and after.
