Her ability to teach is only surpassed by her awesome attitude...Sequencing was adjusted prior to class by in depth disscussion of students wants and needs. After attending thousands of classes for the last 25 years, I can honestly say that the studio &this teacher are among the top 3 considering number two is my own body. That's pretty good.... This is what Yoga is supposed to be.

see all reviewsAs someone new to yoga, I was a little nervous walking in, but any hesitation disappeared thanks to, Alia. She was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. She offered gentle suggestions and hands-on adjustments exactly when I needed them, without ever making me feel self-conscious about being a beginner. I’ve tried yoga at a couple of other studios before, and honestly, Oak + Lotus Yoga blew my expectations out of the water. If you’re new to yoga (or even if you’re not!) and looking for a welcoming, supportive place to practice, I can’t recommend this studio enough.
