see all reviewsThis was my first session with Greg. I'm so glad I attended bx he was so good!. He is such a kind soul. He was very welcoming. I liked how he earned about a different pose or sequence by sagong "different " then explaining before we arrived to the pose. This was a workout without it feeling like a workout. It got my heartbeat elevated and I was actually sweating. (I normally don't sweat during most yoga sessions.) It felt very good!

see all reviewsEasily one of the best classes I've taken at BSY. Ramona is incredible; I must have unlocked something in my body and mind during this class because the way I felt at the end of class in shavasana was pretty much the best and most peaceful I've ever felt in my life. Her slow flow candlelit yoga was challenging but extremely restorative. I can't wait to take another one of her classes.

see all reviewsAna is by far my favorite instructor for Sculpt and I've pretty much had everyone at this studio since it's the only class I come too at Y7! Everyone does their sculpt a bit different but the energy Ana brings to her classes is unmatched! I also love the blasting music so that u don't have to think about what you're doing and get bored. She hypes us up and keeps me going!

see all reviews1st barre class, 1st heated class, & 1st class at this studio & it was great! Kerrie was nice, welcoming, & a great teacher. She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable. The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

see all reviewsI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

see all reviewsI really liked the instructor. A note that the intermediate class really still has a bunch of beginners in it who are figuring out and practicing basic steps and turns with a partner. If you were hoping for longer stretches of dancing with music with someone to practice, I’d try a level up. Notes re Robbie: She’s personable, efficient at managing a large group, inclusive to involve multiple people when showing something, and particularly I like her walking around and helping make adjustments to individuals.

see all reviewsGood class exactly what I was looking for- a good sweat. Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsYoga pod has a nice set up that’s easy to follow. Before you enter the barre space there are props and a list of props you will need for class. The class is set up so that the instructor teaches in the middle or on wherever is most suitable for clients. Samantha’s class was equal parts fun and uplifting and hard. If you are looking for an upbeat instructor who challenges you, this is the place!

see all reviewsI absolutely love Adam’s flow classes. He is one of my favorite yoga instructors I have ever had the pleasure of practicing with. They have a good story arc with some heat in the middle and the right balance of stretch, balance, challenge and finding mental stillness. The only thing that would make it better is if it started at 5:45 pm instead of 5:30, as it’s really challenging for me to leave work early enough to get to class on time. 🙏

see all reviewsThis class was very interesting and different. I’ve never done anything like this before. The class involved heavy breathing, screaming, punching pillows, and a nice sound bath at the end. Don’t let these things scare you away though, it’s worth exploring and experiencing at least once. The instructor was nice and welcoming. She asked everyone to share how they were doing 1 by 1 which was a nice personal touch. The parking isn’t the best so I would plan to arrive a bit earlier to find a spot. My only feedback is I wish the sound bath was a bit longer. I think she could have went over the aftercare while doing the sound bath. Overall good experience and would recommend!

see all reviewsI’m giving this class 5 stars because the class was as described and Jewels was very nice, welcoming, and positive. This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once

see all reviewsCarie & the woman at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed Carie’s soft voice, the relaxing music, the poses, and the use of all the different props. I had to knock a star though because the room did not physically match a “Candlelight Restorative” class. I was very shocked to see the lights were as bright as they were the whole class and the only candles were some at the back of the room. If the lights were dimmed more or even completely off and the candles spread out more throughout the room, this class would have been sooo much better. I found it hard to relax when even with my eyes closed, the room wasn’t dark. I wouldn’t do this class again but would do another one at this studio or with Carie
