see all reviewsGreat practice! Jessica expresses how she is very intentional with connecting to body and mind through our flow. Today she was giving lots of hands-on corrections as well (for people who said it was ok), which was great for me. I did work up a sweat so I wish I had brought the hot yoga towel to add to my mat! Other than that, it was the perfect amount of restorative/connecting while still getting my muscles working :)

see all reviewsI don’t like reformers but it’s hard to find a good mat plates class—this is what I’ve been looking for! It was gentle but effective. Felt the burn but didn’t necessarily sweat lol. Only thing is it was bit unclear when to inhale vs exhale, and when we are alternating left/right vs just doing one side.
