    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

    I liked how Kelsey made me feel welcomed! It was my first class and i was nervous at first bc i didn’t know what to expect besides that what I’ve seen on their IG. Parking was easy in the residential area. When i arrived, they were very welcoming! I was able to rent shoes for $3 and given a tour before class started. The front desk girl helped me and was very nice. She helped me with finding the lockers and helped me clip the bike with my shoes. During the class, you really sweat and there were times where i needed to take breaks bc i haven’t done cycling like this. I liked how it was a smaller class in the morning. I liked the dark room too with lights. Felt like a rave! The only thing con i had was that the rental shoes were hurting my feet during cycling and maybe will size 1/2 a size up or if i stick with cycling, I’ll invest in my own shoes.

    I took the Yin class. It was very meditative and perfect for beginners. I am somewhat more advanced in my practice so I was hoping for more poses buuut I left feeling amazing and spiritually uplifted. I will go back for this reason. I loved the music. It’s in a hot yoga studio so it’s pretty warm by the time class starts, dress is lighter comfortable clothes.

    Justin’s Peaches and Core exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely going back! The class was not only a sweat-inducing workout, but also super fun, with a supportive community vibe throughout. There were around 12 people in the class, with a fairly even split of men and women (with men being the slight majority). We did low-impact, partner-based exercises with various equipment, rotating through circuits set to an upbeat playlist. Justin constantly went around the room correcting our form, challenging us to use heavier weights, and giving us lots of high fives and fist bumps. Most people in the class seemed to know each other/were regulars, and there was a palpable friendliness that I really appreciated, even as a first-timer. Looking forward to my next Peaches & Core, and to trying out other classes at JustTone!
