    Easily one of my favorite Pilates instructors and classes so far! Drew was super smooth with her directions and transitions were a breeze. She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right.     Friendly atmosphere and attentive instructor and owner! The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.

    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

    I absolutely loved this class! I am a beginner so I don’t have much to compare the class to. I did choose the earliest class with Mary and she was so welcoming and helpful. As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!
