I felt really bad because i tried to cancel but it didn’t work. The staff prepared whaat they could and i was thankful. The cashier was a little sassy about the situation (understandable) but it was a honest mistake i will never make again. So heads up to make sure to not rely on classpass times and always check store hours. Aside from that the food is delicious

The pick up was pretty easy except we didn’t get a QR code for the pick up so we kinda had to find a worker to talk to to pick up our order, but overall it wasn’t too bad. We just went and picked up our order so it was good. Also, they were pretty good with the timing too. They finished it right exactly at 1030 which was the scheduled time.
