She helped change the resistance and guide me through the movements. Definitely a challenging class and looking forward to trying again in the future. It is near an Amazon parking garage for free parking on the weekend.

Also her playlist is always fire, music makes a huge difference for me in my workouts. It’s a make or break for me. I always leave jiyun’s class feeling fantastic and energized. 100% recommend!!

see all reviewsThis was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

see all reviewsJieyu is an increible coach and one of my favorites so far. Her style is challenging but the pace is really great and she’s very encouraging. She does a ton of hands on corrections. She challenges you to make the work out spicier but gives great modifications if needed. I really, really enjoyed her class. She is so friendly and kind. 10/10

see all reviewsFirst of all my fave Pilates studio in Seattle! I’ve been taking the beginner classes for a few months and just did this beg/int for the first time. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. Smaller classes too which helps to keep more of a focus on individuals!

I appreciated how interactive the class was and how she used knowledge of who’s newer to correct poor form in a friendly/professional manner and presented alternative positions for those with past injuries.
