Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. It was raining and I walked over and realized I had forgotten my hat and she was like don't worry about it. I'm not as flexible as other people, who might have been doing this for years, and I noticed that she had modification for everything that might have been tricky.
