    Yin 60- Bethesda

Cha cha is a natural born yoga instructor. She has a calming voice and beautiful messaging that helps to open up thought pathways that are so gentle and healing. Sometimes when you get caught up in the stress of life, it’s hard to center yourself and refocus your energy, but she was wonderful and I felt so rejuvenated after practice. The studio is clean and modern, and I loved the whole experience!

Tai Chi & Qigong with Bill Chedester

This is a great beginner class. Bill really breaks down the form of Tai Chi. It is slow paced and requires focus! I also love the studio and the owner, Carol. She is such a bright spirit and creates a welcoming environment. 10/10 recommend this studio!!!
