see all reviewsBeverly was absolutely incredible!! This was my first class at Form50 and I was so pleasantly surprised. The studio was soooo adorable!! It seemed Beverly she had 10 sets of eyes because she was always keeping her eyes on everyone to correct form all around the room! She definitely made you sweat and shake in the best ways. This was one of the hardest workouts I have done, coming from someone who does it 2-4 times a week. It was so clean inside and all the girls were so welcoming. I absolutely loved it and will be back! 5 stars for me!!! 💞💞

see all reviewsLove mobility classes. Wish Lisa had more sessions each week. These are great compliment to my work out routine, specially now. I notice how mobility helps with all the other things I do. Lisa is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher that can read a room like no one else so the class flows really well and you have all sorts of modifications you can do so it easy to feel like you are fitting in and getting something out of it. Highly recommend.

I accidentally signed up for an intermediate class (would strongly recommend doing beginner first) and despite me being clueless, she took the time to correct my form and posture and communicated fantastically. This was not like the usual Pilates classes I’ve taken on ClassPass. This class was strongly influenced by classical Pilates and focused on slow and fluid movements. I loved the flow of the class and how intricate each muscle group was used deliberately. It was a very calm and controlled class. It improved my flexibility and control of my balance and incorporated breath work as well. I cannot wait to go back!

This class would be a little too easy for advanced students, but it may be worth trying regardless and upping the weights you use. Overall, great class and wonderful instructor!

She offered modifications as well as more challenging options, making it a great workout for everyone. I would definitely take her class again!
