Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I also felt like she chose great exercises. Sometimes I struggle to feel an exercise in the right part of my body but today I felt like everything was hitting in all the right places. She gave very thorough cues, demonstrated every movement and gave many variations for each of them. The flow of the class was perfect in my opinion .. starting with floor abdominal workouts to upper body, legs and then back to abs. I feel incredible and definitely booking again!

Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I appreciated that she shared their membership options from a neutral position - highlighting the the pros/cons of classpass vs membership. She takes time warming up and cooling down and not rushed. We will definitely come back it's a good pain. A different challenge.
