    Kickbox & Sculpt

I will definitely be coming back for another class, although it is a small space I do like that they limit the amount of people in there to make sure that we get in a proper workout. I’m definitely coming back and I feel very accomplished after my very first workout with them.

Everyone was extremely kind to me - my first time back into martial arts in a while. Despite being a predominately male class, the coach and my sparring partner treated me with respect. Coaching was clear and direct, highly recommend this class !!

    Heels Dance - Adults

I did the heels class with Tara (who was the substitute) and she was AMAZING!! This studio allows for personalized guidance. I haven’t done dance in a long time, but this studio allowed me to feel comfortable trying something new. I felt supported and excited learning!! Definitely will be returning. There is not another studio like this in UES!!

    Mobility & Performance Prep

Had such a great time at my first Deadweight class! Will definitely be going back. The class was structured, but everyone moved at their own pace based on their workout needs. Chris was super knowledgeable and gave everyone individual workouts based on what they were looking for that day. People popped in and out throughout class. At the end, Chris heard I was interested in trying Muay Thai, so he taught me a few techniques before I invested in a whole class. Great experience!

    Women's Kickboxing and Fitness

The class was good - decent pace and sweaty. You could only use ClassPass once, and the other classes they have aren’t really co-ed, which was kind of a bummer. But the women’s kickboxing was a good workout.
