    I've tried a few other studios' intro classes and didn't feel like we even spent much time on the pole or like I was actually taught fundamentals. This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken.
