see all reviewsThat class was so challenging, but I felt incredibly relaxed by the end. Unrelated to the instructor, but there was a bit of a fly problem and also ants along the side window wall which I’ve noticed for a few weeks. I know those are tricky to get rid of but just wanted to flag!

see all reviewsMilagros creates a wonderfully grounding and supportive restorative yoga experience. During today’s class, I had a realization that while I may have an empty nest as my children begin their own lives, I also have a full heart as a proud father watching them spread their wings. Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance created the space for that insight to emerge. I left feeling centered, grateful, and deeply at peace. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsNikita is a great instructor, she has a great singing voice, nice playlist, welcoming, challenging sequences but allows you to explore & make modifications, feels in tune & connected with the students. She is currently just subbing but it would be nice to see her teach here regularly. The only other instructor I really like is Vera, I wish she taught during the week as well! TBH i’m not a fan of most of the current teachers who teach multiple classes including Susan Bhrinda & Julia. I also wish they had a weekday afternoon class, like around 2-4pm range.

see all reviewsI love Zao Yin’s sound healing class. I went twice while visiting NYC, and I’m so glad I did. She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy. When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.
