It was my first time, and I was a little nervous, but Chelsea made me feel very welcome from the start. She was also attentive throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and supported. The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

However the class was only 35 minutes long including warm up and warm down.. for the amount of credits especially it should be atleast longer than 45 minutes!! that is the standard in Dubai. If the classes are changed to be longer I will definitely be back :)
