Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way.     Krystina was awesome! She was so descriptive and super clear with her instructions. I found this class a little too cardio heavy though. Starting off with really fast lunges made me lightheaded and I struggled to keep up the rest of the time. Krystina always gave modifications and said you could go slower but I really like to move to the beat! I get that there’s only so many slow movements for booty though, so maybe the burn is just more my speed :) thx Krystina!!

    My first class at this studio - and my first BodyPump class in probably about 14 years! The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up.     My favourite trainer at Kondi! Travis provides practical and specific guidance and coaching to get the most out of each exercise and prevent injury. Overall his classes are great as they focus on slow tempo and time under tension to improve strength and correct form.     This class and instructor was phenomenal! The space was well ventilated. Anissa was super motivating, described and demonstrated each move multiple times and went around the room to check in on form. The moves were also displayed on screens around the room which was super helpful for reference. Music was upbeat and energizing. This was my second time and I had no trouble keeping up. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking to learn boxing and get a great strength training & HITT workout.

    Super fun class. For someone who likes to dance but doesn’t go out to clubs anymore it was great. I loved seeing different ages and body shapes all dancing. Very positive energy, loved that there are cubbies in the room, lots of space even in a decently full morning class, and the moves definitely would take a little to learn but nothing crazy that would be hard with a little practice.     Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.
