I can just as easily hear him say, “We have three stations…” as “Please welcome to the main stage…” it’s a gift, and RVD keeps giving. (BTW, I have no first-hand knowledge what a men’s club emcee sounds like. I only know from the that one movie I saw. I think it was ET.)

see all reviewsThis was amazing!! I joke that I have the body of a beautiful T-Rex. My upper body is comically weak, so classes like this can be really intimidating to me. I felt safe the entire time, and it wasn't intimidating at all! I felt like I learned more about proper form and gained confidence that I can get better at this. The instructor gave me personalised attention, asked about any injuries, gave me modifications, and asked for permission before touching me to correct my form. This last one in particular is a big soap box item of mine, and I'm so grateful that she did that! I will definitely be back.
