I did think she got a little bit repetitive with saying things like, do what feels good in your body or what calls to you, and reminding us with virtually every single pose that we could rest instead if we wanted. I think reminders to make your practice your own and rest when needed are valuable, but it happened so frequently it was a little distracting. Overall excellent class.

The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

She always has a positive, motivating attitude and keeps the class feeling fresh and new with different movements and props (resistance bands, yoga ball, etc). She also ensures the class has proper form and is open to any questions you have. Her music playlist is always good and has themes, which is really cool. I highly recommended taking her class if you get the chance.

Not only is her energy and enthusiasm amazing, but her programming is challenging, dynamic, and fun! She’s gonna get you a booty!
