see all reviewsI rarely write reviews, but I have to praise The Ocean Lab for their top notch customer service and the overall float tank experience. From the second you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff. If you’re a first timer, they give you a tour and an overview of how the float works. You’re also offered a variety of different loose leaf teas and sparkling water to make your experience more enjoyable. The float tank itself is large and they really thought of every little detail to make your experience better, such as having a spray bottle and small towel available in case you get salt water in your eye. I even got to listen to one of my favorite artists, Rufus du Sol, while floating which only made the experience 1000x better. The only thing I would recommend would be to make the water temperature in the float tanks a few degrees warmer as I felt a bit cold in there. Looking forward to my next visit!

Multiple different light settings so you can customize your experience to your needs. And the cool peppermint towel at the end was the perfect touch! She made me feel extremely welcome and I can’t wait to go back and bring friends. Everything was immaculate and she explained what they sell, but wasn’t pushy at all. The sauna was so cool. I love that they have a little TV in there. The floating pool was such a cool experience. I like that there are different settings, depending on how much light you’re comfortable with. I will definitely be back and if it wasn’t so far, I would definitely be considering a membership.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

They provided everything, explained the process, and allowed your phone to be hooked up so you could listen to music (I could hear the electricity so i opted for music) It was a cool experience, but definitely be aware that the first half might be a bit uncomfortable until you settle into it.
