About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). I've had massages before, but they usually just gave me an hour of relaxation without any real results. Crystal's massage was completely different—I can genuinely feel how much it helped. I work out intensely and didn’t realize how much pain and tension I’d been carrying in my upper back. She even worked out a knot in my shoulder that I swear had been there for over a year! I also had the magnesium treatment applied to my legs since I’m a runner, and it made such a difference with my leg pain and shin splints. I’d been waddling around for a week, but after my session, I could walk normally again! My posture feels better, my legs feel refreshed, and I’m so much more at ease. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
