see all reviewsThis was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

There is something about the way he does the class, his tempo, speed, flow..I'm not even sure. I'm not a yogi, I'm clumsy, and a slow learner. Out of shape, and try to head toward the back of the class usually haha. But no judgement there. I feel awesome after this class. the other participants have told me they prefer his class because he is "zen." and I do believe it's for all levels, and everyone has different abilities. that's ok! you will sweat!

She has such fun playlists, super infectious energy, and somehow makes running feel like a party (again, I’m dead serious) Her vibe is very magnetic—she pushes you just enough to make you feel like a total badass, but always in the most fun, motivating way. DO HER FRIDAY MORNING 45 MIN!!! That was my first workout w her and now I can’t miss it—also never thought I could do 45 mins straight running, but here we are. If you get the chance, try it. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

If you've done a Kazaxe class before, a few things to know about this format: 1) the class is small 2) the overhead lights stay on 3) there is no stage - Asuka is with you in the pit and 4) it is HARD but you end with an extended restorative practice. I'm on the fence if it's beginner-friendly. I was pretty wiped out by the end of the warm up and still had about 45 minutes of very active cardio & strength training left but there is lots of opportunity for growth in this format because you can't hide when you want to give something less than 100% effort. :)
