see all reviewsI tried out a couple of spin classes while I was visiting over the holidays. The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

Only negative was it felt like some of the medium sized dumbbells were hard to come by, it was a very full class but luckily folks were willing to swap/share. The workout was challenging and effective and I will be sore tomorrow!

see all reviewsWell I never knew that rowing class was a thing. I have used rowing machines and enjoy the workout from it so this class really interested me. Kate was an awesome instructor. She thoroughly explained how the machines work and how to perform the strokes correctly. The class format had a nice build up of intensity with some time off the machines to do a bit of strength exercises. I will definitely be back for another class soon.

I got a good pump in but didn't think it was very challenging, just a guided weightlifting session. Kemper was a great instructor and was attentive with everyone in class.
