The entire session took about 2.5 hours, and every moment felt well taken care of. Drinks were served, adding to the relaxed, pampering atmosphere. What stood out the most? Absolutely no hard selling. Just genuine, professional service focused on delivering results. Overall, it felt less like a routine hair appointment and more like a curated self-care experience. She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
