see all reviewsCharlotte is very professional and engaging as a dance teacher. I enjoyed her dance class today as it was a good cardio work out session but most importantly, I got to learn new dance moves. Today’s song was very upbeat and I am grateful she paid attention to our learning pace. She also tried to explain the steps clearly and made us feel comfortable in our skin.

It would be a good way to start training upper body strength.

I especially appreciate how she goes around the class to correct posture and alignment, which not only helps us get the most out of each movement but also reduces the risk of injury. Her classes always give me a great burn, and I love how friendly and welcoming she is. She creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed KA’s Fundamentals of Yoga class. Although it is designed for beginners, I think it is beneficial for both intermediate and advanced students. KA teaches you how to engage the correct muscles, explains proper alignment, and helps you understand where you should feel each stretch. I also learnt more about basic poses like Cat and Cow and realised I had been doing some poses incorrectly. This level of guidance is something you don’t always get in faster-paced classes. He is also humorous and makes the class feel light-hearted and enjoyable. Will definitely return for KA’s class!

see all reviewsTried yoga for the first time as I was looking for a good stretch session (especially since I was still feeling sore from yesterday’s Pilates). I was honestly a bit worried after reading some of the Google reviews, but the studio turned out to be clean, comfortable, and had a nice, calming atmosphere. Lycia was friendly and gave very clear instructions throughout the class. What I liked most was that she would always offer different options for each stretch, so everyone could choose what felt right for their body and flexibility level. There was never any pressure to push beyond your limits, which made me feel really comfortable and reassured as a beginner. I’ve heard a few horror stories about people overstretching or pulling a muscle in yoga, so I appreciated how safe and mindful her teaching style was. I left feeling stretched out and refreshed, rather than worried that I’d overdone it. Overall, a really positive first yoga experience. I’ll probably stick to a few more beginner-friendly classes first, but I’d definitely come back. 🙌🏻

see all reviewsReally energising morning class with a well-structured and fluid sequence. I appreciated that the teacher offered different levels of pose variations and emphasised focusing on how the poses feel from within rather than how they look. The teacher also held a great presence throughout the asana practice, which helped me stay very present and lose track of time. Personally, I would have liked a bit more balance between the energetic movement and the grounding aspects of the practice, especially more breathing and a longer shavasana at the end. Still, it was a good class overall and a great way to start the day feeling energised.
