I was able to hear and understand what was happening throughout the class despite my great music, fatigue and closed eyes. The studio is always flawlessly clean and fresh as are the lockers. 6+ years and it’s ALWAYS on point. Thank you Sweat Yoga.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Mark’s class. It felt different from what most studios in LA offer, and that’s exactly what stood out to me. His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.

see all reviewsIt was my first time going to Amie’s class, and it was a great experience. I’d recommend it for both beginners and intermediate yogis. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
