see all reviewsJayme kind of does an anatomy lesson with the yoga so it is a bit slower pace sometimes but you will really get the subtle alignment pieces correct. While it’s not cardio heavy, don’t be fooled, it is definitely still a strength workout. I rarely am sore the next day after a yoga class but I am after Jayme’s classes.

Lots of variations and offerings throughout the class so you could listen to your body, while providing the space & encouraged to be challenged! Did I mention the music was top tier?

see all reviewsI’ve never liked strength training and lifting until today at Lucy’s class. She gives clear detailed verbal cues, demonstrates each pose and gives modifications. Everyone is doing the same exercise, it’s easy to follow and not intimidating at all. I will definitely go back for more.

Christina is a motivating and engaging instructor. I find classes here more of a beginner-friendly with an emphasis on foundational pilates. I often don't need to take breaks between poses because of how accessible it is and like coming here in between harder pilates classes elsewhere when I still want some movement despite ongoing soreness
