But I’m glad I returned to give more of a chance to the weight lifting part of F45. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

She reminds you to meet your body where it’s at and if something doesn’t feel good to you, leave it behind. She offers many modifications and challenges for poses so that everyone gets what they want from the class. Her guided meditation made me tear up (in a good way). She really painted a vivid mental picture that was so calming. I will no doubt be taking more classes with Jeny!

I didn’t at the time but said I might have some as I go through the circuits. She was great and made sure to watch and supported with form as needed. Once I had a question about how to do an exercise and she helped immediately. Going into a new space can be intimidating but I took my time and rested as needed. I didn’t feel out of place or less than anyone else. Great vibes.
