I could not understand the instructor tho the whole time. Don’t think it was her fault it was the mic but yea couldn’t understand what she was saying

see all reviewsLoved this class! Kevin was super helpful going over the punches before class and also during when I was struggling a little. The class went by fast and had good intervals. It’s clear Kevin is passionate about what he does. Only constructive criticism is, not a fan of the crunches, and also would love a little differentiation of music during class :) overall will be back.

We were able to practice on punching bags near the end of class once we learned all of the basic techniques. He was very positive to each student’s ability and gave great feedback throughout every step of class!
