Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.

Jamie gives great modifications for any limitations or injuries. The girls are fun and welcoming, so the time goes fast while you get a great workout in!
