see all reviewsDana so amazing! She offered so many variations and modifications. Got a really nice deep stretch, and during savasana she played chimes and sang the shanti mantra, which was lovely. She has a beautiful voice and calming presence. Also offered adjustments during class which you could opt out of.

And, first time taking a (HIIT) F45 class. I was kindly welcomed by our instructor Liz S. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to give me suggestions throughout the class knowing it was my first time there. So appreciated! Look forward to my next class.
