Her flow was seamless, and she gave thoughtful corrections and cues to help improve form when needed. The class itself was wonderfully diverse, incorporating the reformer, tower, and chair, which kept it both challenging and engaging. I also love how well equipped the studio is so many amazing toys and such a beautiful, spacious environment. Can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsThis was honestly such a cool experience. Angel is the best out there. If you want to learn something new, I would recommend going to Guerrero. I had never done boxing but he helped me learn quick and he is extremely patient. He is also a very down to earth guy which is key to having a business. The workout was great, had sweat dripping from my forehead and body feels great when you finish. But yes 10/10 don’t be afraid to try something new!
