see all reviewsIt was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

If you’re looking for a relaxing almost fall asleep massage - this isn’t it. I generally prefer less pressure so was taken aback when told to breathe through the pain instead, however at the end my stress and knots were totally melted away and the pressure was totally worth it. Would 100% come again when I need a proper knot-needing!

The area itself does lack a bit of space, I am missing a bit more seating space and the changing room is too small for the amount of people between classes changing out or into their bathing suits. Otherwise would go here again for sure!
