And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Javion really takes the time to focus on each student and make sure you’re getting the fundamentals right, especially your stance, footing, and technique when kicking or throwing a jab or cross. There was plenty of one-on-one attention, and he was very responsive and hands-on whenever I needed help. What I appreciated most was how comfortable the environment felt.
