Monica’s energy is infectious, and she brings so much warmth and positivity to every class. She’s always so sweet, attentive, and motivating, ensuring that each person feels supported and challenged. No two classes are ever the same, and she really knows how to mix things up while keeping it fun. If you’re looking for a workout that pushes you, yet feels like a welcoming, uplifting experience, Monica is the one to go to. I always leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and with a huge smile on my face. Can’t recommend her enough!
