I’ve been looking for movement & exercise that don’t feel like a punishment to my body and this is it ☺️ Luna is wonderful, the music is so fun, and warmups ease nerves for newcomers, however, I was stunned by the community in class. Every attendee was so friendly and easy to connect with that it really curates a safe space to let loose, have fun and build community. Just wow!!! It was so cool being in class with people of various skill levels & taking the pole out of static your first class.

She explains moves in such a simple yet effective way every single time and really breaks it down in such an effortless way. Highly recommend her classes!!
