Non-heated but the room was warm from previous classes, which felt nice... kept the muscles warm but didn't feel difficult to breathe.

see all reviewsI book C2 level hot yoga. It‘s my first time to attend hot yoga class. It's really amazing but challenge. If you were a beginner like me it is worth trying! However C1 level or C1.5 level is easy to do! I like trainer’s guidance: he focuses on breathing guidance all the time! That’s the most important part!
