However C1 level or C1.5 level is easy to do! I like trainer’s guidance: he focuses on breathing guidance all the time! That’s the most important part!

see all reviewsGreat, very complete class. Hard as expected (I have not been practicing a long time), and I found myself skipping the “full” version of the flow at times and couldn’t quite get to peak pose. Lovely instructor. Modifications offered in both directions. Not much hands on assistance, but was explicitly offered a couple of times.

see all reviewsIf you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be lovingly demolished by a pint‑sized yoga general, attend Victoria Clark’s CX class. She commanded the room like a benevolent drill sergeant with a great playlist and precise instructions that left no muscle un‑torched. Her voice projection? Olympic level. Her organization? NASA‑grade. Her music‑to‑movement sync? Honestly suspicious — like she has a secret DJ booth hidden behind the mirrors. It’s a 45‑minute class, but 40 of those minutes had my heart rate auditioning for Cirque du Soleil. I sweat so much I’m pretty sure I briefly achieved enlightenment.Victoria is a powerhouse. Tiny. Mighty. Possibly forged in a volcano. 10/10 would sweat buckets again.

see all reviewsThis was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels!
