see all reviewsI did not expect to be immediately obsessed. The energy, challenges, and variety made this killer workout fly by, and it was SO much fun. Sweatier than ever, and burned about 400 calories as a non-cycle class girlie first timer. Can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsThis class was so fun and went by fast! It really challenged me. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started. Def will go again!

see all reviewsI love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

see all reviewsI liked that Chenoa focused on form. Sometimes YS instructors move so quickly that it can be difficult to focus on your form. I told Chenoa after class that the music could've been a tad louder during cardio but otherwise for a newer instructor- she's doing great! Would definitely take her class again.

The workout was challenging but accessible with lots of modifications offered. The coach was great about offering personal feedback and encouragement, checking in with everyone throughout the class. Small class size and great vibes. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsSlow yoga was so nice! Karen was super sweet. She was very welcoming, told us all of the things we would need for the session (blocks, bolster), and gave us lunch recommendations after! (We asked). Perfect for any level, beginners included. She used pose names but they were the basics and not challenging at all. A great class for getting in some slow but intentional movement and stretching.
