I had some trouble finding parking and unfortunately arrived late for my class, but the receptionist was incredibly understanding and helpful. She kindly moved me to the next class without making me feel uncomfortable or rushed, which I really appreciated. My instructor, Misk, was wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. She made the class enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.
