All the staff are so welcoming and kind; they helped me get perfectly adjusted and they remember your name (brownie points for sure) I felt motivated and empowered while being perfectly pushed. 21 Savage and friends was perfect for my Saturday morning and cycle bar made that happen!

    AMAZINGGGGGGGGG!!!! My first class and Chris was very patient. It was hard but very very enjoyable. I was sweating buckets lol but I will surely be back! I’ll recommend coming in earlier than your scheduled time so you can get familiar with the machine and get settled.
