I love how this class made me feel strong! Love that it includes weights as well, unlike typical regular reformer Pilates classes. it's my first time here and Natalie made me feel very welcome. I would come back!

    Warm Yoga Flow

The teacher of this class seemed to be doing a trial/interview session and was being observed during the class. I'm afraid I can't remember her name but she was great! It was a really lovely flow with a good level of challenge. Hands on adjustments and opportunities to take more dynamic or restorative options were offered throughout and it didn't feel at all rushed (as 45 minute classes sometimes do). The yoga studio itself was also nice.

    Gassed

Chucky had great energy and the class was fun. As a first timer at this gym though I was not given any info about a) where the class was (it's not obvious) or b) where the bathrooms/lockers were. So this would be pretty intimidating as someone new to gyms and there wasn't much intro to the class either. Advice to new people would be to emphasise that it's your first time to the reception desk and the trainer. The class itself was quite high intensity, it's hard to know what sort of weights to get as you're using the same couple of sets of weights for 10ish different exercises.

    Custom Massage (60 mins)

This is genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had in the UK. Ester is amazing at untangling knots and locating the pain, her way is very much like the Chinese massages finding pressure points. I won’t be going anywhere but to her as long as I am in London!

    60 Min Relaxing Massage

The best treatment I’ve had in years. My amazing therapist knew so much about how all the muscle groups worked together and how best to attack our session to get me the best outcomes. I was so relaxed by the end I’ve forgotten her name! Will certainly be trying to book with her again.

Really good, well focused sports recovery massage. Danny is clearly a very experienced sports physio, undertook a thorough consultation in advance and gave solid guidance guidance on my training in the run up to my first marathon in April. Will be returning, highly recommend.
