She was great at explaining/demonstrating the moves we were working on, the difference between the different poles used in class (I didn’t know there were different sizes), etc. She was encouraging and helpful with her corrections. I had fun and worked up a sweat! The studio was very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again.
