Christina is a motivating and engaging instructor. I find classes here more of a beginner-friendly with an emphasis on foundational pilates. I often don't need to take breaks between poses because of how accessible it is and like coming here in between harder pilates classes elsewhere when I still want some movement despite ongoing soreness

see all reviews10/10 recommend this to anyone. The woman leading the meditation (whose name I forgot unfortunately!) was very professional and comforting. Couldn’t ask for a better person to lead it. Everything about it was great. 1.5 hours felt like 10 mins but felt like I got to see my defects and lightly touched on some past trauma, from an outer body perspective, and then healed it (or came to some closure with it) by the end of it. It’s really hard to explain it. Just go try it trust me
